Our Relocation & Rental Search service is designed to provide guidance, support, and representation throughout your property search. While we aim to position you as strongly as possible, securing a rental property is ultimately subject to the approval of the property owner and/or managing agent.
As such, Dare & Co Property cannot guarantee approval on any application submitted as part of this service.
Application Process
Due to privacy requirements and third-party platform conditions, certain components of the application process must be completed directly by the applicant. This may include identity verification, document uploads, and final submission steps.
We will provide guidance, preparation support, and assistance throughout this process, however some steps cannot be completed on your behalf.
