Our fees are competitive and transparent. We charge a set percentage of the rent collected, plus GST. There are no hidden charges — we'll provide you with a full breakdown before you sign with us.
We disburse rent into your nominated bank account either weekly, fortnightly, or monthly, depending on your preference. A detailed statement is provided with each payment.
We follow up immediately according to tenancy laws, issuing notices where required and keeping you updated every step of the way. Our goal is to resolve arrears quickly and protect your income.
For urgent repairs, we act right away using trusted tradespeople. For non-urgent work, we'll consult you first (unless you've given pre-approval up to a set limit). All repairs are logged and included in your statements for tax purposes.
